Our breakfast Christmas party will be this Friday at 8:00, and our Christmas program will start directly after at 9:30. I hope to see everyone there!

Wheeler's annual Veterans' Day Program will be held this Thursday at 9:00. We hope to see everyone here as we honor our community's veterans who have so proudly served our country.

Fall is here, and we're so blessed to live in such a beautiful area of fall foliage. I hope everyone enjoyed their Fall Break this past week.
Parents! This week has shaped up to be a very busy one. Tuesday we have Parent/Teacher Conferences from 4:00 - 6:00, and we also have our annual Fall Festival Thursday from 4:00 - 6:00 as well.

Parents! This week I will be on paternity leave. In case you haven't heard, our baby boy arrived this weekend. His name is Brookes Guthrie McAnally, and he weighed 6lbs. 4 oz. A big thank you to everyone who sent presents and well wishes. My wife and I are very blessed to be apart of the Wheeler family.
While I am out, there will be no multiplication testing. Please take advantage of this by studying every night and reviewing your child's responsibilities. Thank you for all you do.

Wow! What a great turn out for Grandparents' Day. I really enjoyed meeting each and every one of you. With the soon-to-be arrival of my little boy, I actually thought, "I can't wait to become a grandparent one day." However, I'm in no hurry!!
Postcard Geography has started in our S.S. class. We have sent a postcard to other fourth grade classrooms all across our country. Be sure to ask your child about the states and schools we have heard from. A big thank you goes out to Keoni's mom for helping stamp and address postcards.

We only have four days this week until our Labor Day weekend begins!
Parents! Please remember that students should be studying multiplication nightly. Ask your child every night if he/she has passed their multiplication or if they need to complete a write-off of the facts they missed on the day's test. Also, please remember that your child's planner should be coming home nightly with the day's assignments written down. Every Friday I will be checking planners for daily completions and a parent signature.

showed up to Tuesday's PTO meeting. Ms. Ethanie and I tied for 1st
place by both having the most parents present at the meeting. We both
enjoyed winning a $100 gift card to Staples.
